beautiful golden yellows...
i have finally worked out how to add an image to my side bar so have made a wee button for my noticing series...i would love to see what you are noticing around you in the natural world this month so if you would like to join me in my october noticing, please take the button, add it to your blog and let me know so i can link to you.
What a cute little button - I bet you have skills in photoshop or Indesign? Really lovely idea...and great photography...will see how I fare -if I see anything I'll definitely upload and get the button! xxx

I must do a few sunflowers for the garden next year, they really are lovely. I noticed a week or so back a hummingbird hawkmoth getting drunk on my verbena b. I have seen one or two before in the garden, but this was the first time for a year or so. x
